Belle (Wen-Tsai) Tsai
Business Development Manager
Graduated from National Chengchi University with degrees in finance and international business and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a degree in Design Strategies, and from formerly working in a private investment company focusing on commodities futures trading, Belle's been working in the metal recycling field for almost 10 years and has been in charge of trading in 15+ countries. Belle has been operating China office and focused on development in Europe, Middle East, and Southeastern Asia countries.

Sales Manager in China
Grown up in the states, internationally educated and cultured with 4 year experience working in manufacturing in China, Asca has consulted and developed domestic sales.
